FOOD - DUTCH BABY PANCAKE



SERIOUSLY WOAHHHHHH - THANK YOU CHRISSY FOR INTRODUCING ME TO THIS!

I made this the first time for hubby following the recipe in the book but the next time I made it I had myself in mind and changed a few things... and boy was it heaven!


MAKE IT DAIRY FREE + healthier

I swapped the flour for organic spelt flour
I swapped the milk to organic oat milk (made it so creamy)
I used organic free range eggs
I added no salt
I used raw sugar
I swapped the butter to Nuttelex (vegan)

I then just mixed it in a mixer as I didn't like using a blender like Chrissy does.


The best thing is all these organic ingredients can be found in Woolies! YUP!!!
