My favourite afternoon snack is raw cabbage/coleslaw!!!
It only has about 35 calories per cup, it fills me up so much that I only need a small dinner and its got all these health benefits http://www.care2.com/greenliving/9-suprising-health-benefits-of-cabbage.html
I eat it at about 3pm and it keeps me full for the rest of the day.
I also drizzle it with balsamic vinegar! YUMMM!!
