VEGAN LIFE

My super easy vegan mac n cheese.




Tip - you can use any pasta, milk or cheese you like

On days when I'm making mac n' cheese for the husband and I'm having something else, I save my vegan cheese and use tasty cheddar cheese, mozzarella and a sprinkling of swiss cheese.

  Ingredients:

Pasta - Macro Organic shell pasta
Butter - Nuttelex Original
Soy milk - Vitasoy Soy Milky Light
Cheese - Notzarella, Vegusto No Moo Classic Blue Cheese and 
Vegusto No Moo Piquant Cheese

Method:

1. Heat up milk and butter in a saucepan
2. Add your cheeses
3. Once cheese is starting to melt add you pasta 
4. Stir all together
5. Serve
6. EAT UP BUTTER CUP!
