I mean it blows my mind that people think that foods like sushi, pre-made salads, muffins, juices, GLUTEN-FREE FOODS & granola are healthy.
Is it no common sense to know that these are loaded with calories and most with empty calories?
Personally I think your an idiot if you buy something just because it says gluten free and you think oh it must be healthy... Do you even know what gluten is? Tortilla Chips are gluten free but they are not nutritious at all!
