Simple and easy breakfast inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow.
 Sprinkle shredded cheese (I use vegan cheese from Vegan Online) onto a dry saucepan (the oil from the cheese will prevent the cheese and egg from sticking to the pan), once the cheese starts to melt crack the egg on top of the cheese... cook until the egg yolk is all white (I generally flip mine just to make sure), add egg to toast and crack some black pepper over it!! Don't skip the pepper, it literally makes the world of yummyness difference!
