VEGAN FRENCH TOAST
7 EASY STEPS
1. Mash half a banana in a bowl
2. Mix in 1 cup of almond milk
(For low sugar find a unsweetened almond milk)
. 3. Sprinkle in a generous about cinnamon and stir
4. Butter both side of your bread
(I use Nutellex spread and Burgen rye bread)
5. Dip bread into mixture and let in soak all the way through
6. Place on fry pan and cook until golden
7. Serve immediately with sliced banana
(FYI - this will go down so well with some maple syrup)
