(I do love cheese but it's not vegan and all meat or cheese substitutes make me want to puke! I don't miss the taste or texture or ANYTHING about meat but cheese pizza I do miss ): so I was beyond excited to hear about rice cheese as I'm obsessed with rice and the thought of rice cheese doesn't make my stomach flip!!! Can't wait to try it!!)
