So I just finished reading this book.
I feel like so much of it I already know and do through so it was super helpful for me.
But if you are just starting to on the right track with your health and fitness this book would be great for you.
I love that Kate pays attention to the mind as much as the body.
There was a few tips in here that really worked for me!
I just love Kate Hudson though, she is a dream and her energy is inspiring!
