RELIEVE TIRED EYES


1. Dip cotton buds in tea (once tea has cooled) and place over your eyes.
2. Dip cotton buds lavender oil and place over your eyes.
3. Place sliced cucumber over your eyes.
4. Eye exercises - stretching, squeezing and rolling eyes.
5. Use glare filter screen when using a computer
